Google Browser?

It looks like Google may be thinking of stepping into the browsers wars. At a time when Microsoft rose to the top, and has begun a decline due to so many flaws, Google may well be coming in at the right time. Will it be a full browser, or just a skin with some smarts on top of an existing browser product? That choise could speed development time, but it could also leave a lot of holes that could sink the product. Considering Google has so many things going for them -- especially the long-held position against pop-up ads -- I wish them a lot of luch with this. They cetainly have the capital and brand to take on Internet Explorer.
